Posted by Philipp Söhnlein on Tuesday, January 29. 2013 at 12:19 in TeaTimer

I just released an updated version for TeaTimer 1.2.3. As usual you can download it from AMO.

Here is the changelog:

  • Bugfix for systems having problems with sound output (thanks to pheidrias for the bugreport).
  • New possibility to have the standard system alert sound as notification sound.
  • Visual Change: The elements in the add-on bar are now centered (thanks to William Skellenger for the contribution).
  • Sort order for the tea varieties is now case insensitive (thanks to AMO editor Archaeopteryx for the bug report).
  • New Translation for Czech (thanks to ondrejd from babelzilla.org).
  • Thanks to all other translators from babelzilla.org for the locale updates.

Thanks for the new release!
I'd like to second an old feature request:
"Ability to move icon from add-on bar to navigation toolbar"
See http://codepaintedby.philipp-soehnlein.de/archives/2011/04/TeaTimer-1.2-released-Compatible-to-Firefox-4.html#c1106

I usually have the add-on bar disabled and love your timer !
Thanks :-)

This was one of my NEEDED add-ons, but now with Firefox 44+, it has been disabled, with no option to enable it, due to it not being 'signed'. I am contacting you with a request to PLEASE provide Firefox/Mozilla with a 'signed' version. I HATE OVERSTEEPED EARL GREY - HELP

Hi Kevin,

I feel your pain, but I haven't maintained the addon for a long time and have no plans doing it again, because there would be to much changes needed, to make it compatible with newer Firefox versions.

Maybe this addon will work for you? https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/simple-timer/
